Email a patient

We would be happy to deliver an email for you to a friend or family member who is a patient at Palms West Hospital. Just fill out the form with as much information as possible, and we'll do the rest!

All emails sent to the patient, are printed and delivered in sealed envelope.

This service is available Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. Any email received after these hours will be delivered the next business day.
