Dedicated multidisciplinary cancer treatment

From diagnosis through treatment and beyond, your multidisciplinary care team will work together to provide the 1:1 support and specialized care you need. Our hospital is home to expert medical and radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists and surgeons, in addition to specialty physicians across gastroenterology, dermatology, urology and pulmonology.

Ongoing cancer treatment support

To help you and your family through your cancer journey at every step, you will have access to a dedicated nurse navigator, as well as a support group. Through our partnership with Florida Home Health, our support group meets monthly and is for individuals undergoing treatment, as well as survivors; loved ones and caregivers are also welcome. Genetic testing and counseling

We have healthcare specialists on-site who are dedicated to working with you to identify your cancer risk. If you are concerned about your personal and/or family history of cancer, we offer a genetic risk assessment and counseling. We will provide you with personalized information about your genetic influences, specific cancer risks and targeted screening and prevention options.

Advanced breast cancer care

The Center for Breast Health at our hospital is equipped with oncology-trained, board-certified interventional radiologists and a dedicated nurse navigator to walk alongside you throughout your treatment. Treatment options for breast cancer vary depending on the stage of cancer and other individual circumstances but may include chemotherapy, radiation or surgery. Surgical options include lumpectomy and mastectomy.

Comprehensive breast screening

Our expert team uses advanced technology needed for comprehensive screening and making an accurate, thorough diagnosis. We offer 2D and 3D mammography with computer-aided detection (CAD), contrast-enhanced spectral mammograph and breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

Lung cancer care

The Lung Care Center at our hospital is committed to protecting your lung health and detecting any abnormalities early, when lung cancer is most easily treated. Lung cancer is known not to show symptoms during its early stages, making lung cancer screening vital to your healthcare plan, especially if you are a current or former smoker with a history of 30 or more "pack years" (a calculation of the number of packs per day smoked multiplied by the number of years smoked), are between 55 and 77 years old and have never been previously diagnosed with lung cancer or have no prior history of cancer within the past five years, other than non-melanoma skin cancer.
