Our mental health professionals offer individual and group therapy sessions as well as electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) if needed and recommended by a physician.

Our multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, counselors and nurses are here provide you with compassionate, individualized care in a safe, private environment.

Inpatient mental health care

Our hospital offers an on-site, 48-bed inpatient psychiatric unit called the Psychiatric Treatment Center. This unit is split into two separate 24-bed acute care units.

Inpatient behavioral health services are available for patients 18 years old and older. Our mental health professionals work together to stabilize you when you are in crisis and prepare you for continued care outside of an inpatient setting.

Outpatient mental health care

We offer two outpatient behavioral health programs. Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) and partial hospitalization program (PHP) allow you to receive individualized care while maintaining everyday activities, including work, school and family life.

Our ECT services

We offer ECT in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Patients who may benefit from ECT

Referrals for ECT treatment are based on your diagnosis, symptoms, medical history, potential risks, potential benefits and your preference.

ECT may be recommended to you for several clinical reasons, including:

  • A need for rapid intervention
  • Adverse or unavoidable effects from other forms of treatment
  • Failure to be effectively treated through medications

ECT may be beneficial to patients with certain psychiatric conditions, including:

  • Agitation in dementia
  • Bipolar depression
  • Bipolar mania with depression
