Pediatric emergency care

Realizing you may have to visit the emergency room can be a stressful prospect for both you and your child, but at HCA Florida Osceola Hospital, we are committed to making your visit as comfortable as possible. For this reason, our children's emergency room is separate from our main, adult emergency room. We also use colorful decorations and kid-friendly amenities to help your child feel less anxious about a hospital visit.

Our pediatric emergency room staff are trained to meet the physical and emotional needs of each child, ensuring they receive the compassionate and comprehensive care they deserve.

If you think your child is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

Neonatal care

We provide the highest level of NICU services in Osceola County — a Level III NICU for newborns requiring additional medical care after they are born. Conveniently located next to our hospital's maternity wing, our NICU is a secure and sterile environment designed to maintain your baby's health and safety.

If your baby requires a stay in our NICU, we will keep you informed by explaining all routines and procedures to you. We make every effort to keep you informed about your child's condition and answer any questions you may have.

If you need access to other types of pediatric care services, we make it convenient through our HCA Florida Healthcare family of hospitals across the state.
