Orthopedic care

Orthopedists are doctors who take care of the entire musculoskeletal system. They diagnose and treat conditions such as sprains, strains, broken bones, arthritis and osteoporosis. Some of the treatments they offer include recommending lifestyle changes, applying casts and performing surgeries, such as ligament repairs or total joint replacements.

Comprehensive orthopedic services

If you need surgery for chronic pain or to treat an injury, our team will work together to provide personalized orthopedic care.

Our orthopedic procedures

Our experienced, board-certified surgeons offer a range of advanced orthopedic surgeries designed to help treat conditions affecting your spine and joints.

Total hip replacement

Our experienced orthopedic surgeons offer total hip replacement surgery as a treatment for hip pain. During this procedure, your surgeon removes the damaged or diseased ball of the upper thigh bone, or femur, and the damaged cartilage from the hip socket. The damaged ball and socket are replaced with an artificial ball-and-socket joint.

Hip resurfacing

We offer hip resurfacing as an alternative to total hip replacement. During this procedure, your surgeon removes only small amounts of damaged or diseased cartilage and bone, which usually allows a faster recovery time than total hip replacement.

Partial knee replacement

If you have an early to mid-stage degenerative joint disease affecting your knee, partial knee replacement surgery may be recommended. This procedure involves replacing a portion of the knee with an artificial joint.

Total knee replacement

If you have a severely degenerative knee condition, total knee replacement may be an effective treatment option. During this procedure, our surgeon will remove your diseased or damaged knee joint and replace it with a new, artificial joint.

Our hospital has been certified by The Joint Commission for knee replacement. This recognition exemplifies our dedication to offering leading-edge joint replacement procedures.

Spine surgery

Our skilled spine surgeons use minimally invasive surgical techniques, including robot-assisted surgery, to perform delicate spinal procedures. We offer a range of surgeries to treat spine conditions, including:

  • Cervical and lumbar fusion
  • Cervical discectomy
  • Kyphoplasty
  • Laminectomy
  • Microdiscectomy

Total shoulder replacement

We offer total shoulder replacement surgery to help treat debilitating shoulder pain and increase your shoulder's functionality. The procedure involves replacing the ball of the arm bone and shoulder blade socket with artificial components.

Total Joint Replacement Class

If you are scheduled to have hip or knee replacement surgery, we encourage you to attend our Total Joint Replacement Class. Preoperative education can lessen your anxiety about the procedure. If you are informed about your care, you may experience better surgical outcomes than those who are not.

Topics covered in our Total Joint Replacement Class include:

  • How to prevent complications
  • Pain management
  • Patient responsibilities
  • Preparing for surgery
