Sister Emmanuel Hospital closing

Sister Emmanuel Hospital closed on December 1, 2018. Since then, HCA Florida Mercy Hospital has been the active custodian of the hospital's medical records.

All past patients may obtain copies of their medical records by calling HCA Florida Mercy Hospital's Medical Record Department at (305) 285-2111 or by calling (866) 463-7272.
