Retail Pharmacy Services
The Mercy Professional Pharmacy offers prescription services, over-the-counter medications, healthcare products and medication counseling, as well as free prescription delivery within Miami-Dade County. Physicians and/or patients may request prescription refills 24/7 using the automated phone service.

We are conveniently located in the main lobby of HCA Florida Mercy Hospital on the ground floor behind the registration desk.

Our pharmacy accepts most insurance plans and is dedicated to offering you individualized care. We offer a variety of pharmacy services, including:

New prescriptions
New prescriptions may either be dropped off at our pharmacy or can be sent directly from your providers.

Prescription delivery
No time to stop by the pharmacy? Our pharmacy can mail your prescriptions to you. To request that your medications be mailed please call us at (305) 285-2762.
Gift shop
The gift shop is conveniently located within the on-site pharmacy and has flower arrangements, newborn and stationary items. Members of the gift shop team are also available to help new parents apply for the Miami Dade Baby Stroller Parking Permit.
