Our staff of board-certified radiologists are trained to provide advanced imaging services and interpret diagnostic procedures in a wide range of areas.

Diagnostic imaging

We offer a wide variety of diagnostic medical imaging procedures, including ultrasound, mammography, X-ray imaging, bone density screenings, computerized tomography (CT) and helical CT scans and positron emission tomography/computerized tomography (PET/CT), to ensure you have access to testing that best suits your individualized needs.

We also use magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to diagnose conditions such as joint pain, spine disorders and stroke (cerebrovascular incident).

Interventional radiology

Interventional radiology is a medical specialty that uses minimally invasive methods to diagnose and treat disease. In interventional radiology, physicians are able to gain in-depth insight into the body, often times with an incision no longer than two inches.

All of our technologists are registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology and the State of Florida, and many have additional certifications in specialty areas. We offer a variety of testing options to meet your needs, including coagulation testing, cytology, drug and hormone monitoring, infectious disease testing and microbiology and routine laboratory services.

Microbiology services

Microbiology testing is used to identify certain bacteria and viruses in a patient's system. Common microbiology testing includes:

Preparing for clinical laboratory services

Before attending your laboratory appointment, you’ll receive specific information about preparing for your procedure. For the most accurate results, follow all instructions provided by your physician and technicians. You’ll also want to:

  • Review your insurance policy before you arrive to make sure your upcoming procedure is covered. If you are unsure about coverage, call your insurance company before your appointment.
  • Contact your doctor’s office if you still have additional questions.
  • Leave jewelry and other unnecessary valuables at home in the event that your procedure requires you to remove these items.

On the day of your procedure, we suggest checking-in at the appropriate registration desk 20 minutes before your appointment. You’ll be asked to review and sign documents related to your procedure.
