HCA Florida Gainesville Hospital to host weekly walk-in hiring events ahead of spring 2026 opening
HCA Florida Gainesville Hospital, a part of HCA Florida North Florida Hospital, will host weekly walk-in hiring events to connect potential candidates with career opportunities ahead of the hospital’s opening in May 2026.
“Talent Thursdays” will begin Thursday, Feb. 12, and continue every Thursday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm ET, at the new HCA Florida Gainesville Hospital campus, located at 4094 SW 41st Blvd. in Gainesville. The hospital will be offering on-the-spot interviews, an introduction to the hospital’s leadership team and same-day offers for select roles.
“Talent Thursdays” hiring events are open to healthcare professionals interested in joining the hospital’s inaugural team. Career opportunities include:
- Registered Nurses (Med/Surg, Inpatient Rehab, Surgical Services and Wound Care)
- Physical Therapists
- Speech Therapists
- Occupational Therapists
- Clinical Pharmacists
Sign-on bonuses vary based on positions but can be up to $25,000.
