Our cardiac treatments and services
To make sure you and your heart get the high-quality care you deserve, our heart doctors use advanced cardiovascular imaging and surgical techniques to diagnose and treat various heart conditions.
Electrophysiology
Our skilled electrophysiologists specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmias, such as atrial fibrillation (AFib) and atrial flutters, by analyzing your heart's electrical pathways. In addition to offering comprehensive electrophysiology services, including catheter ablations, we insert devices such as implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs) and pacemakers.
Heart screening and imaging
We offer a variety of diagnostic services to assess your heart condition. Our team is able to perform:
- Cardiac catheterization
- Echocardiograms (ECGs)
- Electrocardiograms (EKGs)
- Peripheral vascular angiography
- Renal angiography
- Stress testing
Cardiac catheterization services
Our state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization laboratory (cath lab) is equipped with a specialized imaging system that allows doctors to see the blood vessels of the heart. During this minimally invasive procedure, X-ray dye is inserted into the coronary arteries to detect any blockages.
Heart attack care
The most important factor in the treatment of a developing heart attack is getting emergency care quickly. Most of the damage sustained from a heart attack occurs within the first two hours. If it's recognized during this time period, we have a much greater chance of decreasing the damage to your heart muscle and improving your overall treatment and recovery.
As a Chest Pain Center accredited by the American College of Cardiology, we use a protocol-driven approach to heart care at our hospital. This allows us to reduce time-to-treatment during the critical first stages of a heart attack. We are able to offer advanced care, better outcomes, enhanced quality of life and faster treatment.
