HCA Florida Wellen Park Emergency is offering weekday tours of its state-of-the-art facility, giving visitors a firsthand look at its advanced emergency care environment. Guests can explore private triage areas, pediatric and fast-track rooms, and meet the expert medical team.

Meet the team behind the care: Board-certified emergency physicians, nurses, and paramedics at HCA Florida Wellen Park℠ Emergency are ready to serve the community 24/7 with expert, compassionate care.

Community members are invited to take a complimentary behind-the-scenes tour of HCA Florida Wellen Park℠ Emergency, a freestanding emergency department and extension of HCA Florida Englewood Hospital. This is a unique opportunity to meet the dedicated emergency care team, explore the facility, and learn about the comprehensive services available — no appointment necessary.

Tours are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 3:00pm at 7070 S. Tamiami Trail in Venice. All guests will receive a complimentary swag bag.

During the tour, visitors will experience the thoughtfully designed emergency care environment, including:

  • A private patient triage area
  • Comfortable treatment rooms
  • A dedicated pediatric treatment room
  • Fast-track rooms for less urgent needs
  • Advanced patient monitoring equipment

Guests will also meet the on-site, board-certified emergency physicians, physician assistants, nurses and paramedics who are trained to handle any medical crisis with compassion and expertise.

“We’re proud to offer the same high-quality emergency care you’d expect from our main hospital campus, right here in the Wellen Park residential community,” said Dr. Matthew Martin del Campo, Emergency Services Director for the location and HCA Florida Englewood Hospital. “These tours are a great way for residents to get to know our team and feel confident in the care available close to home.”

HCA Florida Wellen Park Emergency provides 24/7 emergency care and treats a wide range of conditions, including fractures, lacerations, respiratory infections, abdominal pain, chest pain, and stroke symptoms.
