- Provide a fair, fast, and objective review of complaints
- Will follow the Complaint and Grievance Policy and Procedure
In order to improve your patient experience, it is important to provide prompt responses to your concerns. HCA Florida Healthcare hospitals and other medical facilities encourage patients to contact appropriate staff who are caring for you or contact the respective hospital's:
- Patient Representative
- Department Manager of the department providing your care
You can also communicate your concerns about the hospital to outside parties with these services and organizations:
